What should I do before my cleaning appointment?
**In order for us to clean your home efficiently, all clutter must be removed from surfaces to be cleaned...prior to the cleaning appointment. This includes toys, bath toys, dirty dishes, clothing & shoes off floors...etc.
If you desire sheet changing, sheets and pillowcases must be left out prior to cleaning appointment.**
How will our relationship work?
**Communication is important! We pride ourselves on being a professional cleaning team...but we are only human, and at times, if distracted, something may be missed. It is very important to let me know this so we can continue to do our very best to keep our homeowners happy! If you have any concerns or complaints, please notify me within 24 hours to discuss.**
Do I provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
**We provide all supplies and equipment, unless you have specific products that you prefer.**
How do I pay for residential cleaning services?
**We accept cash, checks and paypal payments.**
**Every effort is made to work safely and cautiously, but we cannot assume liability for the safety of others. This includes children and pets.**
**We respect each and every customer at 3 Hip Chix, and ask the same in return. We realize unexpected illnesses arise, but if possible, please notify us 48 hours in advance if you know you'll need to cancel or postpone.**
